George F White LLP is a business all about the interaction of people and property. The company’s roots are firmly planted in the agricultural and rural sector, and with a great team of experienced and knowledgeable people, we take pride in providing professional advice to clients on a wide range of property and rural business related issues. The business operates from seven offices providing consultancy services to clients on a regional basis from Southern Scotland down to North Lincolnshire.
I joined the business in January 2009 and ever since, I have enjoyed providing innovative solutions for clients. As a rural Chartered Surveyor and Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers, I provide a range of advice covering landlord and tenant matters, farm business consultancy, grants and subsidies, compulsory purchase and compensation, valuation and rural asset portfolio management.
I am driven by providing a successful outcome to my clients and take pride in providing the right result. Ultimately, my role involves having an in-depth understanding of surrounding statutory framework and an ability to scrutinise the relevant facts if I am to understand the implications on value, and wholeheartedly advice a client on how best they can enhance their asset base to meet their objectives.
